TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms of service.

1. NO BADGERING - Please don't constantly ask me how the commission is coming along. Other than doing commissions I DO have a life: friends, family, etc. I don't mind sending WIPs of the commission in progress, but please let me have my space to do my work. If I am not responding to your message about a commission it's probably because I'm busy. I do my best to respond to notes/PMs as quickly as possible. That being said do NOT send me more than 2 messages at a time.

2. Payment upfront only! : I only accept payment upfront. This means I will not do any work until I have received payment. No exceptions. It isn't anything personal, it's just my policy. I have had one too many bad experiences with clients not paying up front. Please be understanding in this matter.

3. I have the right to turn down a commission: If I say no, it means no. Do not try to convince me to take your commission. If you continue to badger/bother me I will block you or blacklist you for future commissions.

4. Be respectful:  Do not belittle my talents or criticize me (critiquing my art is ok, but not me). If you're a jerk to me I will refund your money, block you, and delete any work or progress I've made on your commission. Basically, it's a deal breaker.

5. Ask for WIPs ahead of time! : If you want a WIP of the project at a certain point please let me know during the commission discussion process. That way I can plan out everyone’s commissions accurately. WIPs can cause delays in my process so I only do 1 WIP during the sketch phase of a commission. After that has been approved I will continue working without interruption.

6. I do not refund for completed art. If for whatever reason you need/want a refund you are able to get one as long as I have not started or completed work on your commission. I can do a partial refund during the sketch phase of work, but once I start working and after the work is completed I will NOT refund. This is to avoid people ripping me off and so that I am paid for the work I do.

7. Any changes made after the commission has been finished will require an extra charge: Unless it was a detail stated in the original commission request that I missed I will require $5-10 charge for any changes made after posting your commission. Please understand you are taking time away from my other clients for me do make changes to your commission. Also, only up to 2 edits are allowed on a piece. If you are asking for more than that you will have to commission a seperate piece the following month.

8. All commission details should be provided upfront before work is started on your commission: If you have specific posinvg, clothing, setting, etc. these details should be provided at the beginning of the commission process (before payment). After payment has been confirmed all further details will not be applied to your commission. This is to avoid people dropping details on me last minute or making changes and costing me valuable time on commissions.

9. I stream when I want to. NOT when you tell me to: I have a busy life and schedule. If you want your commission streamed on my picarto channel please let me know what days you have available and I'll try to do my best to stream for you BUT I can not guarantee I will stream that day and I'm not obligated to stream for you.

10. Please provide a clear picture reference Unless I am making a custom adopt I need a clear picture reference of your character(s). I do not accept commissions that have IMVU or in-game screenshots for references! I’ve accepted them in the past and they are just too hard to make out details from.

11. NO NFTS!! Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

12. NO AI ART!! Clients are not permitted to take any of my artwork and run it through an ai art generator of any kind!

13. Invoices have a 24 hour payment period with some exceptions. If 3 invoices have been failed to be paid in a row then you will be blacklisted from future commissions. It is within your own budgeting and decision making to make sure you have the funds to pay for commissions. Please make sure you can pay before doing business with me. Art is a luxury, not a requirement. I prefer my clients take care of their bills FIRST before paying me anything.

💖Commission Process💖

This is how I go about my commission process for any of you who are curious as to how I normally conduct my business.

  • Step 1: Send me a note/PM about what you want for your commission. Please include either the information listed above in this journal under "INFO NEEDED" or just a reference, name and what you want your character to be doing.

  • Step 2: I will respond to your message and we can discuss how much the commission will be, etc. Once a price quote has been agreed upon I will ask for your email address to send you an invoice.

  • Step 3: I will send an invoice via Paypal to your email address. As stated above in the rules I do not start work on any commissions until I have been paid. If you need to split payments that is fine. I am willing to do up to 2 seperate invoices. No more, no less. I can also schedule invoices to be paid on certain dates throughout the month to better fit your paycheck scheduling. As long as your commission has been paid by your estimated start date that is ok with me. If you haven’t paid by the time your commission is in queue then I will put you on hold until you’ve paid. Once you pay any amount of money you will be added to the current commission list in the order of payments received.

  • Step 4: I will add you to my list of "Current Commissions" on this journal. The list is updated every time I finish a commission. Usually I work pretty quickly so it updates pretty often, however for the most accurate updates please check out my trello here: https://trello.com/b/FWradKCN/lph-board

  • Step 5: Once you are listed as  “IN PROGRESS” on the roster I will begin your commission. I prefer that you have all references and pose ideas ready at this point so that I don't have to keep others waiting (usually these things are discussed during the payment process, but some people are indecisive). Please understand that if you haven't decided what you want at this point you will be put back on the waitlist until you are ready.

  • Step 6: When I finish your commission I will send it to you via a note or PM for review. Note that if you want to make any further changes or add anything in at this point (that wasn't previously stated in the commission notes) you will be charged an extra $5 for edits. This is because it is extra time and effort on my part to go back and fix this for you.

  • Step 7: I will post your commission. This is the best part because we both get to see feedback on the artwork! Feel free to comment on the piece I made for you, tell your friends about me, or ask about getting another commission! I love having clients who immediately ask for more! It makes me feel great to make artwork that makes others happy. That's one of the best parts of being a fulltime professional freelance artist!

!!By purchasing a commission from me, you are stating that you have read, accepted, and will abide to the terms stated above!!
